General operating projects are: production of eco-environmental materials; marketing of eco-environmental materials; research and development of new materials; manufacture of optical and electronic devices; manufacture of special electronic equipment; development and development of household appliances; sale of electronics; domestic trade agents; Internet sales (other than the sale of licensed goods); wholesale distribution of cosmetics; and sales of disinfectants (excluding hazardous chemicals). (In addition to projects subject to legal authorization, activities are carried out autonomously and in accordance with the law; manufacture of daily chemical products; manufacture of semiconductor lighting units; manufacture of other electronic devices; manufacture of household appliances; wholesale distribution of pet foods and supplies; manufacture of bio-based materials; technical development of biochemical products; development of biofeeds; production of chemical products (other than licensed chemical products); processing of non-food vegetable oils. (In addition to projects subject to legal authorization, activities are carried out on an autonomous basis under a legal licence. The licensed projects are: import and export of technology; import and export of goods; manufacture of cosmetics; and production of disinfectants (excluding dangerous chemicals). (An approved project, subject to the approval of the relevant department, shall not be allowed to operate without the approval of the relevant department, which shall be based on the documents or licences approved by the relevant department); (A project subject to legal approval may only be operated with the approval of the relevant department, subject to the approval of the relevant department or licence)
